kung fu hustle the game

I found is video about a game based off the movie kung fu hustle and was wondering if it came out yet, is there an american release, and is this for a system, handheld, pc, or is it an online game. Here is the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_GE8CR0rj0

First screen says PC. I've never seen this on any home console or portable. There were SOE logos at the end, and how the battling of characters looked at the end of the game, I'm guessing that there was going to be some kind of MP/Online combat portion.
