PS3 games with no HUD

I just hooked up my PS3 to a plasma HDTV to play Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Other than the ammo counter that pops up when Drake draws his weapon, there are no fixed on-screen HUD graphics. When I consider burn-in on a plasma TV, it's what I want to avoid.

Can anyone suggest other PS3 games that have no fixed on-screen constant graphics so as to prevent burn-in? Or games where the HUD can be turned off?

unless your using an old plasma TV that really shouldn't be a problem unless your playing a game with an static hud for 12 hours straight.
