FMV FTW - Gabriel Knight and Many More

What are your favorite Full Motion Video (FMV) games? The best examples of the genre? I have been playing The Beast Within: A Gabriel Knight Mystery (Gabriel Knight 2) and it seems a prime candidate for a "top n" list of FMV games.

I was fond of A Puzzle of Flesh since it captured all that b-movie horror goodness while trying to play it straight.
