It is missing the case screws. it doesn't look abused or excessive dirty. I was told it was broken but neither I nor the former owner have a Jaguar to test it with and I don't want to buy one just to test it. I checked the board and there doesn't seem to be any missing components. I'll see if I have some screws before sale. Feel free to make an offer.
Edit: I pulled out 3 spare Sega Saturn case screws that fit. There are 3 more missing.
Edit2: It appears that the plastic peg that trips the lid closed switch is missing.
