I have my eyes on a auction for Blaster Master CIB in very good condition.
It's selling for 30€. That transfers for about 39 USD or 25 English pounds.

Rarity guide says Blaster Master CIB is worth 20 USD. Considerably less than recommended. Problem is that for some reason, I really, really, really want that game. Of course preferably CIB. Should I wait for a better deal? Import to Finland? Or could it be worth it? As you can see it seems to be the FRG edition, PAL-B-region in English. I kinda want to justify this purchase for myself, so if anyone can tell if it's worth it or not, I would be grateful for sure.

Thanks!

PAL costs slightly more. It's not a very interesting or creative release. Almost everything was copied from USA. Near identical cover art etc.

Main difference is instruction book. It seems PAL lacks the color cover.

Slightly more? Is that common? As a finnish collector, finding PAL stuff is more common for me, so should I stop complaining and pay a bit more for my retro games with a smile on my face?

What kind of differences are we talking about here? Could it be worth that 30€ + 8€ postals?

Check the condition. It's fine for an excellent enough one. If you need a less pretty copy cheaper maybe check other PAL countries.

Nah I can't name much PAL stuff to avoid. A few Sega 32X games are far cheaper with America versions. Mega Man X3 PAL isn't worth its premium either.
