It doesn't load on any system. Any help would be appreciated. I already tried cleaning it and the other carts work.

Well the gba proto carts are indeed flash-able so the cart could be blank.

Can you put up a few pictures?

Nevermind it works. It seems like it has a time delay programmed in to it. Now I have 2 different builds of Marvel ~Ultimate Alliance~ one of which is is far from final.
