Multiple Classic Computer

I got a Multiple Classic Computer over the holidays, and I am impressed with it. It's an FPGA that uses "cores" to emulate various 8 and 16-bit computers quite well. It currently supports Amiga and C64 with good compatibility. The Atari 2600 core is in development, as well as the Apple II core that lacks supporting disk images.

Everything is stored on SD cards and the whole thing is powered with 5v, and I got the version that outputs in VGA.

I recall seeing these at the Midwest Gaming Classic last year and being put off by the price, but it really is worth it for Amiga alone. I really hope that more cores come out supporting tons of classic computers like the MSX, BBC Micro, and Atari ST.

Anyone else have one of these or any other reimplementation of a classic computer like a 1ChipMSX or Minimig?

How much did you pay?
I was thinking of getting a minimig to replace my A500, but I decided to wait and see how the FPGA Replay board turns out.

I think the $149 price is just if you buy in bulk (4 or more). 1 at a time, I think they're still $199. I've looked at them online many times and considered buying one, but for $200 I can get a small PC while will emulate all those systems and more. If it were just a little bit cheaper, I'd bite.

If it doesn't do Atari XL it's not classic.

While I can understand the geeky appeal of these FPGA-based devices, I have to point out that it would be far easier and cheaper to just put together a low-end PC and run emulators on it.
