Sega CD cd spindle replacement

Hey guys, I received a Sega CD a few years back, but never have been able to play it as the spindle is missing. I never even tried testing to see if it would turn on. If I don't have to buy a new one..that would be ideal. So my question is...if I hook it up and it runs and just needs a new spindle...does anyone know where I can get a replacement? this is the side by side version that connects to the Mark 2 system.

You may have to replace the magnet clamp too. I'd part it out rather than fix it especially if it powers on or has a 240 laser. That's what I'm doing to my Sega Saturn that is missing the spindle and a few other drive parts
