I've got a ps one lcd screen.
How do you activate the aux-in port?
I don't have an official ps one input cord, but I bought a camcorder cord with a male-female converter. When I turn the external source on, it doesn't do anything.
The screen itself works perfectly with the ps one itself.
Any ideas?

With the right composite AV input cord it should work fine.
Here's a decent looking tutorial:

Thanks - I did exactly that and it didn't work.
Maybe I'll try additional sources.

Are you certain that the device (camcorder?) you're plugging in to the PS1 screen is outputting a signal or that it's set to be sending a video signal out over the A/V?
Try some other device and see if the PS1 screen picks it up.

Last night I only tried it with a coregrafx. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that the coregrafx is NTSC-J. I dunno.
I'll try more stuff tonight - thanks :)

I assume my cables must be bad.
I bought the same style cords (3 black rings, not 2) and a gender bender that looks exactly like the one in the CAG article, except my gender bender is red/green/blue component, but that shouldn't matter, as it's the same type of signal.
Weird. I'll have to try different cables. At least these ones were cheap.
