Ok,so this guy is totally kick ass,so I always wanted to play as Mr.Karate in the story mode,some guy in youtube did it,

so does anybody know how to do it??

It's probably a ROM hack.

or maybe some Developer Mode

It was probably a MAME cheat code.

This might be possible on a debug rom, too. Or the Universe Bios.

As mentioned above, it's either a Unibios cheat on real hardware or a MAME cheat. None of the debug dips turn this on.

Mr. Karate pretty much the only character you can use all the way through the game in 1p mode without it bugging out and crashing. All the others eventually reset the game after about the 3rd or 4th fight.
