I just noticed this thread from a year ago. However, I do have your answer. There were 4 cards total:
Bilbo Baggins
Smaug the Dragon
Gandlf the Wizard
Gollum
Send me a pm if you need a scan of all 4. Are you collecting Lord of the Rings : Fellowship or the DOA Ultimate cards as well? How about the DOA Beach Vollyball Lenticular cards? There were 6 of those.
