Rarest special edition consoles

Hey guys, I was just looking through a list of limited edition dreamcast consoles...and was just wondering..whats the rarest and hardest to find system out there? not just dreamcast, but any console. I've been hunting down a Sega Drivers 2000 Dreamcast and its not been easy. Also the resident evil versions seem hard to find as well.

I know the STARS Dreamcast had only 200 systems.
