Nintendo Nes Grand Combat Game!

So a few year ago I found this Nintendo Nes Game.. It's label looks different than other nintendo games.. Its called Grand Combat, and it has chip n dale on it.. What is this game, and is it worth anything.. also had an empty case with no chip in it that said GI joe..

Yeah, I'd like to see it. Most pirates are worth 10$ at most. Multi carts are about 20$. Unless theres something neat on them of course.
