Well, microsoft may not be the best at keeping secrets..especially since 720 news has been floating around for a year now..but this would seal the deal I say http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/121/1217112p1.html

As long as it has backwards compatibility to the 360 I'll be picking one up, but I'll also be waiting atleast six months to see if there is any large scale console failure prior to doing so.

With Wii U this year and the XBOX next year, looks like Sony will be the last console released in the next gen. Advice to Sony would be to either match or exceed the hardware capabilities of the XBOX in every category, even if only by a little.

After sitting through 20+ hours of loading screens in my 180+ hours in Skyrim and then seeing the non-existent loading times in the PC version...let me be the first to say...

IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!

As long as it doesn't come out until atleast 2013 I'll be happy. And a smaller launch failure rate would be nice too....just saying.

It's only about three years overdue.

Having it a year apart from the WII U is ideal as I don't have the kind of money to throw at 2 new consoles in 1 year

Seems like each week there has been a different Xbox Next rumor. Sometimes even twice a week!

There must be something going on... I'm guessing November 2013 is pretty much a guarantee. November 2012 is still a longshot..

Yup.

Compatibility with accessories would be good, too. I don't need anymore arcade sticks.

Amen to that, I have a shelf with 10 different arcade sticks ranging from the DC up to the PS3..especially since I'm a sucker for special editions lol
