My buddy just messaged me saying that he got a Game Gear. He also mention having that SMS Adaptor and a few games. he told me to make an offer but I'm not sure what to offer.
How much is a loose Game Gear and a SMS Adaptor go for?

A SMS converter(Master Gear Converter) usually goes for around $10-$15, and a loose system for around $10. I'm not sure how much to offer with the games too, it would depend on the titles and if most were SMS games or actual Game Gear titles.

Odds are high the Game Gear will have capacitor issues. Very high, I'd guestimate 75%, based on my experience. If that's the case, buy it for the adaptor, and plan on replacing either the system, or the capacitors.
