Sim City 2000 scenarios

i want to know if any sim city 2000 owners tried to create their own scenarios.

I did, back in the day, but with so many years and two computers later, I'm sure those files are long gone.

Scenarios can be made for PC! You need to create a map, either in the game itself, or using scurk. Using a hex decimal editor you can hack some of the code making the scenaroi produce floods, and other disasters for example at specific locations on the map.... It also allows for changing money and other attributes. If i have some time ill post jpeg's from the book I got if you want to look at how to do it.
