Plane? You wimp! 4 of us are heading out Wednesday night towards the Vegas area and should be there Friday afternoon. The rest of that though, yeah, that's a good checklist I need to consider (where the heck are my extra camera batteries?)

New shoes: bought. I'm planning on spending a lot of time standing up and playing games, standing up and buying games, standing up and talking about games...well, I'm sure you get the recurring theme at work here. :)

I'd try to join your convoy, except I'll probably be working into the wee hours of Friday morning, then going home and getting ready for a Friday morning flight. Believe me, it was a tooth-and-nail fight to get time off for this at all.

I'm driving too. I'm glad that even if I'm no where near the majority of classic gaming expos, I'm at least somewhat close to the biggest one. Not really THAT long a drive from Bay Area, CA. I bought new shoes, too; I wore the same ones for 2 years, so it was about time anyway.
