For the die-hard & hardcore, I have an offering; 1x XRGB-3 Up Scan Converter by Micomsoft.

Purchased and owned by an adult, stored and cared for in a collection.

Includes:
XRGB-3 Unit
Remote
D Terminal to Component Adapter
Power Supply
Utility CD-ROM
Manual + other documentation
Original Box
Original invoice

The XRGB-3 unit has barely any wear at all and was always used and handled like a baby. It has always been placed away from direct sunlight, has only been in a non-smoking environment and has never been exposed to extensive day-after-day use. It does not have any obvious scratches or grease stains from dirty hands or fingers. The buttons respond like new and were only used when absolutely necessary. The 21-pin RGB input only had about 10 connect/disconnects only for performing setup rearrangement or cleaning; it is still very "tight" and was always used/connected with a custom selector setup. The VGA output experienced about 15 connect/disconnects, and is also "tight". Besides using the main D Terminal once just to try it, no other inputs were ever used. The bottom rubber feet of the unit have basically no wear at all. I consider it to be in mint condition although if you want to be extremely discerning, it could be regarded as near-mint condition. The only sign of wear is some light scuffing on the IR receiver lens (which was originally worn from how it was prepared/packaged at Micomsoft) and a very small hairline scratch on the outer left side. Both of these are only visible through in-depth discernment.

Although the remote was how I controlled the unit 90% of the time, it too was handled like a baby and only used when necessary. There is no scratches or grease stains. All buttons respond like new. It is in mint condition.

As noted, the D Terminal to Component adapter was only used once to try a 480i source then retired. It is in mint condition.

The power supply was also very lightly handled and features only some small light scratches to its malleable matte-like sticker. Other than that, there is no wear to the cord or prongs and it is in near-mint condition.

The utility CD-ROM was never used (necessary update files obtained from Micomsoft's website), although its paper sleeve has naturally caused some very light and small abrasions. It is somewhere between near-mint/excellent condition.

The manual is bundled and sealed with other documents. I don't remember ever opening this or handling anything inside. It is new and unused.

The box is in astounding condition after coming halfway across the world. It contains all original bags and packing material. Other than perhaps a very light crease to the top and some very light shelf wear/blemishing, all corners, flaps and sides of the box are pristine and without gouges, cuts or indents. It was stored away properly immediately after receiving the unit. It is in near-mint condition.

Here it is folks; the king of all retro-gaming. If you are reading this far, you must surely know of what boundless RGB beauty this device can present to your gazing eyes. Just to name a few of its dozens of features, it allows you to play your old-school consoles on HD displays in the best possible picture quality while eliminating virtually all of that horrible lag that these displays normally create. It can also emulate CRT scanlines for an old-school feel. There is so much this unit can do… Read up if you haven't!

I purchased/imported this back in March of 2009. I believe it took about a month to arrive, although I can't remember exactly. It was luckily not caught up extensively in customs. The unit states underside that it was manufactured in February of 2009. The unit was updated via USB to the English firmware, so the menu is in English. As far as I know, the yellow update sticker on the box shows it is the latest/final revision of the hardware, stating expanded support features. I have utilized this unit for RGB output with NES, SNES, Genesis, TurboGrafx, Saturn, N64 and others. The unit was used moderately in 2009, about 3-4 times a week during peak use. In 2010, it received much less use, about once every week or every 2 weeks. In 2011, it was barely used at all, maybe 1-3 times a month, as my interest in gaming has declined intensely to focus on my life's other activities.

This is a highly sophisticated up scan converter. Dozens of old-school consoles can benefit natively or through modification. Proper RGB cables must be purchased or custom-built. Even the ones you can buy may require modification afterward. You must have a general understanding of the nature of RGB signal and have the patience to understand this unit's varying behavior among different consoles and its in-depth functions to receive all it can offer you. There are no returns after the sale of this sensitive device. The device is known to be "stubborn" with some sources, it's not just a plug-and-play unit for every console. Can't get a perfect signal? It's not defective, you need to make adjustments to the settings. I learned something new about the device frequently through experience; RGB gaming is a journey.

If you naively plug a European 21-pin SCART into the front and fry the unit, your negligence will not be refunded. Japanese 21-pin layout only!!!

Also note that although this is compatible with most modern displays (LCD, LED, etc), there is still a slim chance this unit's output may be incompatible with your display. Be sure to try both the VGA and the DVI outputs, as compatibility varies between the 2. Contact me immediately if neither VGA nor DVI is being accepted.

I can offer limited/basic support of what I can recall from memory but unless you can understand Japanese, most of your resources will be gathered from online forums and wikis.

Please note, some images may appear with a yellow hue. That is due to either my aging camera or the provided light for photographing.

Just wanted to chime in to say I have one of these and it's AMAZING. If you properly mod a scart cable any scart compatible system will work and they look fantastic. This is a great price for this, too. I'm just sayin'.
