With the recent news about THQ losing business in this area, while a big name like Tim Schafer gets the Sesame Street license, I think that going to see a lot of changes in the field of licensed games. What's a license that you'd like to see adapted into a game, and who would you trust to do it right?

An American Dad video game made by Rockstar. That would be awesome.

Actually, the best game would be a fighting game with every licensed character possible, made by Nintendo, Super Smash Bros style.

I'd like to see a Venture Bros. game with 100% involvement from Jackson Publick and Doc Hammer.

For a farce/parody cartoon it's such a rich, fully realized world and cast of characters there's so much that could be done with it.

Probably no surprise but My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has an awful lot of potential. No real preference for developer.

I also would like an Expendables game. In fact, a fighting game featuring all the great action heroes would be fantastic. NetherRealm Studios would do a great job.

I think that there has been a fighting game in development for a while, but obviously nothing from a professional company.

Anyway, an Inglourious Basterds game would be cool.

Would like to see more games based on books. Never played it but I thought that Dante's Inferno was a cool idea for a video game. One of the very few books that I was forced to read in high school english class and actually enjoyed.

Another Rambo 2 and Rambo 3. These games have a lot of potential for being remade into good current gen games. There's a Rambo game in development for a 2012 release though, apparently. Hope it's good.

I never would have thought of this if you hadn't mentioned it, but YES.

Fucking this times 100. That would be a day one for me.

I'm going to be crucified for this but I'd love a Resident Evil game based on the film series. Let me play as Alice in a combination stealth/horror/action game and you can have all my monies.
