I'm totally new to this so be gentle :P.

I found a guy wanting to sell a Genesis w/ 2 controllers, rf and ac plus the following games for 100$

I did some research and TMNT Hyperstone Heist seems to be uncommon. All games are CIB. What do you guys think?

Jungle Strike
TMNT Hyperstone Heist
Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade
T2: Judgement Day
Jurrasic Park
Toy Story
F-22 Interceptor
Frogger
The Lost World
NHL All Star Hockey 95
TMNT Tournament Fighters
Ms. Pac-Man
Pac-Man 2
Sonic Spinball
Battleship
Bass Masters Pro Edition
Complete Cleaning Kit
Spider-Man
Aladdin
Sonic 3
Wheel of Fortune
Ecco the Dolphin

There are a couple of others that i can't make out in the text message.

It's a fair price, if you want to keep everything to play then it's worth it. If the games were loose I wouldn't say so, but complete I would.

I agree with Gameguy. Good deal if you're looking to play some fun games. I don't think it's really worth your time if you're trying to resell.

It might just barely be worth it if it's for your collection. I'd try to talk him down about $20 if possible. FYI, there's only about two handfuls of "expensive" Genesis games. I think the only game in that list worth anything is TMNT.

Good to play. With a resell it'd annoying to try and split up games into the right bundles for maximum price...

First upgrade to consider is better AV cables than just rf. Composite is the cheap easiest way. Not always much prettier, but a very newbie friendly start. It can be expensive and complicated on many American TVs to get the full potential from older consoles. But worth learning! Successful component/RGB/etc setups bring a rich sharp quality from original hardware that's way closer to what emulators provide.

It's not a bad deal. Which model Genesis is it? Three or six button (or third-party) controllers?

There are some good games in there though. Bass Masters Pro Edition was the shit back in the 90's for me.

These games are all pretty good IMHO:
TMNT Hyperstone Heist
T2: Judgement Day
Jurrasic Park
The Lost World
Sonic Spinball
Aladdin
Sonic 3
Ecco the Dolphin

If you're buying to resell I would get the price lowered a bit if they're CIB. It also depends on the Genesis Model and the types of controller included. If it was near me I'd try to talk them down to $75, but I'm a cheapass.
