I used BIN to win a copy of Pokemon Stadium 3 weeks ago, I sent out payment as soon as I could contact him, I recieved an email 2 weeks ago, saying they recieved my payment, and would tell me when they send the item.

4 days later I kindly send an email asking if it has been shipped. No response.

I wait another 2 days, resend email....no response.

5 days later (yesterday) I resend email AGAIN, asking if it has been shipped.

No fucking response.

Basically I am SOL if he dosnt send it SOON, as I am losing my internet Sunday night.

I am just warning you guys to NEVER deal with him, although he has decent feedback, he does have negatives, and he will be getting one more come Sunday night.

I have dealt with him numerous times both through eBay and his website and everything went fine. What some people don't seem to understand though is that when a person deals with extremely large quantities it may sometimes take quite a long time to respond to emails and such. Patience is definitely a virtue that the majority of eBay buyers do not possess.

I disagree. If a seller expects to be paid right away (many even set specific time limits before negative feedback is left) then it's only reasonable that a buyer should expect the same service and have their item shipped right away as well. Fair is fair. And if the seller starts getting so much email that it's difficult for him to respond to it all well then that's his problem and not the buyers. If you need help then get a helper but don't bite off more than you can chew.

I have had a seller bitch almost immediately for payment, but after being paid, they would stall on emails and shipment. This really pisses me off to tell you the truth. If you sell an item and expect to get paid the second it ends, well send the goddamn item after receiving that payment. I have been ebaying since '98, and every time I sold anything it took me at maximum 2 days to ship the item I had sold from the point of sale/payment.

Last Christmas I was selling about 20 items a day. I would go to the post office every morning and I stayed up past midnight to pack the items. But I always shipped the day after receiving payment. I always felt that if someone goes to a store to buy something they get it right away and if they pay me they deserve to get their item ASAP.
If you can't ship quickly DON'T SELL !!!!!

Before you neg him you should pull his Ebay contact info and give him a call.

http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?MemberSearchShow&ssPageName=h:h:fmem:US

(If his Phone number is invalid you can report him to Ebay for that.)

Even if your loseing your internet if you have a friend that has an internet connection or you have a internet cafe in your town you can still wait them out!

Also if he doesn't ship you can report him for being a non selling seller. This is MUCH more important than a negative enough of these and he can lose his Ebay account.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/non-selling-seller.html

If you rush the neg too soon he might think that he doesn't have other reason to ship. If you pull his contact info and keep on his case he'll be much more likely to ship the game!

P.S. Alot of his negs look like they were for slow shipping so you might still have a chance :-D

I wouldn't even think about giving him a neg. at this point, because most likely he will still ship it (and probably already has, just is slow about responding to email).

I agree with griking 100% though. If you grow beyond one person, then find some cheap labor somewhere (little brothers and spouses work great :))

I will wait on leaving the feedback, but to say this is pissing me off is an understatement of epic proportions.

I bought from them once and had no problems. I have been tempted since but have not. Not much communication from them, in fact I got a winning bidder e mail and that's it. I left + feedback beacuse the game was as listed and arrived in a timely manner, but what pissed me off is they didn't leave me any. This was when I first started and needed the feedbacks, if I was to buy from them again I would not leave any feedback since they couldn't be bothered.

Yea, I asked them to leave some feedback as soon as he recived my feedback, and he has done nothing...see the bad thing is, after this net is gone, I dont think I can check my email, as it is a comcast address, I think they delete your mail account if you dont use their services anymore....so I will probably end up getting screwed outof my 14 bucks.

The best I can do is wait untill Friday, which will be my last straw, and leave negative feedback, and hope the package is home by the time I get back home from Panama Beach for a week! 8-)

create a pub email accessible from any computer connected to the net and go into your ebay preferences and point your email to the new account.

Although anyone that you communicated with before most likely will have your old address. Just send a mail thru the "ask seller a question" and they will get your new email.

I've used the "ask seller a question" several times and usually get a response.

They used to require a credit card for bidders to use a public account (like hotmail or something)

So, just in case, be forewarned.

i just bought two games from him two weeks ago and i had no problem at all. They arrived very quickly and he combined shipping. I must say tho that you never talk to the person, they just send automated emails and give you a tracking number and constantly email it to you, even after you have recieved the item. It worked out okay for me, but good luck talking to an actual person.
