Does a Famicom Equivalent to the NES Nintendo World Championships cartridge exist?

It just occurred to me that I have never heard of a Famicom equivalent to the NES' Nintendo World Championships cartridge. Surely such a game must exist, right?

Let's not forget gold Punch-Out!! either. Actually before they added Mike Tyson, rather than after. Japan didn't get the west's Mr. Dream edition on Famicom.

There weren't Nintendo Championships in Japan, that I know of. The closest as far as rare carts would be Punch-Out gold cart since it was a prize for a Nintendo Golf tournament.
