Sailor Moon RPG works too! and yeah the Intro is a little buggy.
The only thing that I haven't gotten it to run has been Super Street Fighter 2
SSF2 works fine here, your ROM is probably bad.

I'm pretty sure Apollo got his on Amazon. Probably one of those sellers. Shoot him a PM.

Awesome.
The hurricane has me home from work today so I spent the past few hours making an 8-character titled SNES set for my card and testing everything out pretty extensively.
Once I learned how to manage/juggle the single save file slot (copy the save state from the "UFO" to the SD card and vice-versa) I'm pretty confident that this thing is BEYOND worth the asking price, especially for those already familiar with the old floppy disc SNES game copiers from the 90s.
This is a perfect companion for a Supaboy or RetroDuo portable.
Hope you enjoy yours!

That's what it seems like to me, a disk-based copier without the file size limitations and hassle of floppy disks. I loved the copiers I've had in the past but having to split / merge files, setting up the disk size, having to copy files back and forth, etc. isn't something I miss.
What sealed the deal is that it runs the two games I was going to pay an equal price for reproductions of.

Just so you know, about Teranigma, you'll need to patch the rom with Ucon64 with the -f option. Sorry I didn't tell you before, I completely forgot about the copy protection.
Also, to add to the criticism of this cart, using the SNES reset button resets your current loaded ROM but tend to causes glitches so I usually power off/on and reload the ROM instead. Another annoying thing about this cart is how often I have to re-put it when powering the SNES because I'm getting black screens, it does feel cheap because of that.

This looks like a neat little thing to own! The cost of the other SNES/SFC flash carts have scared me away from buying one under my tight budget before, but I think I can overlook the shortcomings of this one, especially for that rather cheap price!

Thanks for the heads up about Terranigma, I figured there would have to be some adjustment but I'm familiar with Ucon. Reset issues sound on par with my last floppy copier, dunno if it had anything to do with the brief interruption of the power line or what.

Got this today and i love the sd card play function, but can not get any save data from the ufo to the sd card. Tried my Final Fantasy 3 saves from my cart and could not get that transferred, so then i figured I would play a bit of mario world and then save that to the card. It just sits at the saving .srm screen. Should this take a while?

HRMMMM....it shouldn't but how to swap saves back and forth is a bit obtuse, are you sure you're doing it right?
To move the single save slot FROM the UFO to the SD card you need to use the save manager and pick the option UFO -> SD
And to move any save file FROM the SD INTO the UFO's single save slot you need to use the save manager, find the save file and pick the option SD -> UFO.
It takes a few seconds, but it shouldn't sit there for a long time. Maybe your UFO card has a bad save battery.

Could it be my SD card? I'm using a Kingston 1gb. One time, the save bar moved like when you load a game, but then it froze. The background has frozen at times too when I try to save to the SD card...I have it set up with each game in its own folder. Tried saving to a specific folder and to the root. Nothing.

Did you format it to FAT32? I believe that's a requirement.
Do you have a different card to test with?

Well, my UFO works fine...just not on the RDP v2. I tried it on my SNES and everything works great. I can load sram from the sd card to the UFO with the RDP, but can not save at all. Got a blue screen the last time i tried it.
Either it is just my RDP, or the UFO does not work with the v2 of the RDP....the saving part anyway.

Interesting. That portion of the cart might want to pull more power than the RDP can muster/provide.

I was hoping someone could enlighten me.
Currently I load a game from SD to DRAM.
Save in game using the in game save system NOT the save state (like if I was playing on the original cart).
If I power the system off and load another game into DRAM and save it I will loose the previous game save.
What I figured out is after I initially save the game, I must power the snes down and restart it.
Then go to SRAM DRAM to SD. I have to hit the start button NOT the b button. This will create a new SRAM save point.
Then I save onto the SDCARD.
If I want to play a game later with a save system, I have to first load the game into dram then load the sram from the sd card.
My questions is:
Do I have to go through this save, shutdown, SRAM to SD process every time?
Unrelated question:
If I load a game in DRAM, play it for a little while, then turn off the system, it will show the game is still in DRAM when I reboot the system. If I try and actually play the game from DRAM without RE-Loading the game back into DRAM it will either black screen or bug out. Is this common?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, yes to both questions.
This cartridge is obviously not perfect but it's worth the buy for what it does.

Remember that the new UFO Superdrive is essentially a hack of a 15-year old copier that had its own separate 9v power supply. Without the power supply, it could still boot and read cartridges, but the FDD didn't work and the DRAM got cleared after power off.
So for this new cart, when relying only on the SNES power supply, or when all power is off, all bets are off.

I still can not get this to save in the RDP 2, but it does work with the fc 16 go. Need to hit reset if you get a blank screen at startup.
Does anyone use this with the Supaboy? Will it save and load saves on the supaboy? May end up ordering one if it does. Fc 16 go's screen and on board controls are terrible.

Hi, can anyone confirm if the super ufo pro 8 works on the Snes Jr? Thanks.
I got my Supe Ufo this weekend and yes, it works with the SNES Jr (model 2 or whatever you call it). So far I love it, every non special chip rom I threw at it works. I haven't messed with the sram games yet.
