View Full Version : sega saturn and dreamcast light guns

Just boguht and official saturn light gun unopened from ebay and am looking to buy maybe one more for it and one for the dreamcast.Are any of those third party guns any good or should i stick with the official guns?I just bought one more crt tv which is a panasonic curved screen so i will be testing the guns on that tv.

If i remember right..Sega did not make a gun for the Dreamcast..So you have to go 3rd party..

Everyone has completely different results with the DC guns. There is never a consensus. I think the Mad Catz blaster is by far the best. It is comfortable and has perfect acuracy. The Pelecan gun is absolutely horrific - never could get it calibrated and shot in random places. The Interact gun is way too heavy and your arms will get tired very quickly, but it's still better than the Pelican. These are my findings, but I guarantee you will find advocates and detractors of all three.

They did, but it wasn't released outside of Japan. It's a decent gun if you plan on playing Japanese titles. American games won't recognize it.
