So I was chatting with Leonard Herman on Facebook about Eli's Ladder for the Atari 2600 and the Thought Bubble page that is techinally part of the paperwork. Him and I are both stumped and have no idea what the Thought Bubble page is. Does anybody here know what it is or have any pics of what it looks like? All I know is that their is supposedly only one Thought Bubble page out there and that it is touched upon in the following Atari Age forum posts:

Wow, a shame no-one knows. And Wonder007 never supplies any info, which is very sad.

Those threads really don't explain what it is. Shame. Such a rare game item should be documented better.
