Which games were sold at retail stores on cards where you would purchase a physical card that you would scratch off or pull the tab to reveal the code. I know Amazon for a time sold codes to Xbox Life arcade games but they would not send you a card just the code. If you have any old used ones post pictures.

Joust and Robotron 2084 I believe both had codes (And the only way to buy them now). Didn't Time Pilot also have one? Seems like that horrible joystick that was released included codes for both that and Frogger.
Edit - That stick also came with a redemption code for Astropop.
And they sold a memory card with Geometry Wars 2 on it for something related to this topic.

Marvel vs. Capcom 2 was sold as a card in an actual jewel case for 360 and PS3.

I recall something about Ms. Pac Man on a card that came with a controller bundle.
Super Street Fighter ll Turbo HD Remix was on a download card along with a premium theme in the Resident Evil 5 console bundle.
In the vein of a memory card pack-in, Worms was in there at one point.

I have seen this for the PS3 but never on the 360 can you confirm this?

I've got Robotron and Uno codes on cards here, came as part of the "Live" pack I bought that included 12 months Gold, a better headset, and the webcam.

Anyone know where I can find the older cards for sale. recently I picked up a MADCATZ arcade gamestick controller which came with these 3 redemption cards.
