Have anyone played this game??

The AI cheats, I was playing it last night onmy GBC...Couple Games I win, But the AI comes back..I have the skill level on 3, I get always Draw 4, Draw 2. Skip, Skip, AI wins

I even have 2 cards left bam Draw 4, Draw 2 :(
