Gurumin & Popolocrois: Why arent they on the PSN Store?

They're too awesome for digital download. Atleast Gurumin is. Although Gurumin is also on PC so maybe it's also sold digitally. Hmmm.

I'm not sure about Popolocrois, but I'm almost 100% sure I saw Gurumin available on PSN
