Small fact: I believe the small white sticker on the Sonic 2 cartridge was exclusive to this box variant.

Ha, and just as I thought I'd seen all variants.

Found what is apparently a limited release French Canadian version that has references to the 'MegaDrive' and 'Genesis' on it with the PAL back on the box with NTSC front with some sort of border that isn't on either. Not particularly valuable but it did cause some confusion amongst a few associates for a few days.
