Custom reset button for my Super Joy III bastard

How can I go about setting up some sort of toggle switch to reset my gutted Super Joy III? Above is a pinout I snagged off of Benheck.com a while back. It says to connect #8 to #9 (the ground) temporarily to reset. Any ideas?

You don't want a toggle switch. Momentary push button that is off by default is what you'll want.

Yeah, they are called momentary push button switches. You can get them cheap at Radio Shack.
