It can be used for other portables, and you can use it on things that dont have stands of their own, like an iPhone like I have in the picture.

You used remotes to make a stand for your stand. That makes me question whether the viewing angle of the stand is right to begin with.

It's watchable without using something to boost the angle of the stand, but it's much better with something boosting the stand.

Ooh, I think I may use it as a stand for my SFIII: Premium disc. I was intending to buy a stand in the future :D
Actually, some 3DS games which would be good for this stand besides KIU are things like Liberation Maiden and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy. LM uses a control scheme similar to KIU, and TFF really benefits from having the stand for its on-screen directional arrows, particularly the ones which are diagonal or go in the direction of your support hand.
