While I would like to convince myself this is worth $1400, I am going to shoot that down and say the VGPC utility is bullshit and always has been --- no manner of accounting for item condition, completeness, or any other variables other than "new" or "used" and the month it was sold in. It's not a surprise that the chart is all over the place. No one should use that thing unless they want a rough idea of value.

I think $700 is a good price for this. Even though the instruction sheet is a copy, it doesn't really affect the value much since the original didn't look much different.

No way a loose one sold for $1400 though. That had to have been a complete copy. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen a loose Panesian break the $1k barrier. I sold a complete set of all 3 Panesian games a few years ago for $3200.
