I use to play a game on Sega Genesis that was a ghost that followed a family around and scared them. Anyone remember this game?

There was a PC game called Ghost Master released awhile back that was very similar, don't know if it was meant as a sequel, but was definitely Haunting inspired.

I loved it as a kid. Used to rent it a ton. It was my go-to rental when I didn't know what else to rent. I remember renting that sucker a couple times at THE WHEREHOUSE, back when they were still alive. Gosh...
