So Ive found what seems to be the best caps replacement website:
http://members.optusnet.com.au/eviltim/ggrgb/ggrepair.html
But I dont know where to buy the capacitors.
This would have been perfect, but its out of stock:
http://www.rewind-bits.co.uk/game-gear-capacitor-fix-kit.html
They also used to be on ebay, now nowhere to be seen.
As I live in the UK our electronics shops are useless the closest we have is maplin, but all they sell are hard drives and toys recently.
TLDR: Live in England, where to buy replacement Game Gear Capacitors (Full Set)

Check into online electronics catalog sites such as http://www.digikey.co.uk/ or http://uk.mouser.com/
Depending on shipping and quantity, it's usually cheaper to buy from there than from a physical store and they're more likely to have exactly what you need.

Thanks, just about to add them all to my basket and found the delivery charge is £12! For a handful of capacitors!
If anyone else has a suggestion, let me know,
Ben.

A good site but missing a few parts from the VA4 revision. There is also one more revision not listed (1.71-7923A). I have it all documented here (http://console5.com/wiki/Game_Gear).

It's due to the very frustrating way that the USPS handles foreign 1st class shipments. All of the forms must be filled out by hand and then the package must be taken to the post office and presented to a postal employee. The day that they change it I'm going to throw a party.
