NES Proto : Which game is this?

Hi, I've got an NES proto which I can't seem to get to work & I only get to see about 1.5 seconds of it before my Nintendo flashes on and off. It's a Tecmo game but I'm not sure which one it is. Can anyone tell from these photos (my camera's not the best)?

On the screen there is kind of a Hawaiian-looking guy coming from the right hand side, "Tecmo" is written on the bottom left, and some other writing or something is above it on the upper left section.
