I picked up a Nintendo DS kiosk over the weekend (two actually), but it doesn't light up when plugged in.
"Well, replace the bulb you moron!"
Yeah, yeah. I know. But, before I do that (and spend the money), does anyone else have experience with these? Is there a switch I'm not seeing that could have been turned off? Are they supposed to turn on immediately when plugged in? This one doesn't seem to be doing anything.
Any help is appreciated.

Edit: I've broken down the smaller one on the floor. Inside are two neons. Unfortunately, I do not have the plug/cable needed to test them, nor do I have the voltage. Anyone have any information?
