I picked up an Xbox 1.0 recently, and among other things, it came with a receiver to some 2.4 Ghz wireless Xbox controller but sadly not the controller itself. I'm curious if anyone can help me figure out what controller it actually belongs to. To my knowledge, there weren't too many companies making wireless controllers for the original Xbox - Logitech and MadKatz are the only two I can think of, and I don't think the receiver belongs to either of them. I have the Xbox Cordless Precision and a MadKatz mini pad and their receivers are very different.

I searched the FCC code, it's registered to Mad Catz.

You can look at the user's manual from the link I posted above. It belongs to a LYNX™ WIRELESS CONTROLLER.

Here's a pic of one on ebay;

Thanks. I wonder if that controller is worth getting?

Chances are, if it's mad catz then probably not.
