Returning an Xbox 360

I bought a new 360 the other day, but it snaps, crackles and pops when it plays, especially on the menu screens. Also, it just quits working sometimes. I need to return it. I intend on deleting my profiles that I've saved, but what about a game that I bought as a download? Am I just screwed out of the money it cost to buy that game?

If you downloaded it, it's tied to your profile, so if you download your profile to the replacement console, you'll be able to redownload the game.

Cool, thanks for the info. I'm such a noob with current gen systems. A customer service tech actually talked me through the issues I was having. Had to delete and re-download my profile and netflix.
