I noticed Craigslist has listed all their categories twice, one for dealers and one for owners. Thought it was neat, but what is the difference? Are you considered a dealer if you ow a store?

Your considered an owner if you don't make a living off of selling things. More like a yard sale listing, or the occasional "I don't need this anymore I'll put it up on craigslist."
I would consider a dealer anyone that literally makes it a regular daily habit to list and make money off of selling things.
