There's two different box arts for that game, that's the rare version. The game itself is common and near worthless, the other box art even sealed isn't worth much. I didn't think that version was worth so much but I guess it is.

There are three versions, actually. This is the "Family Fitness" version, and it is definitely rare and worth money. (There's another version w/o those words, then there's one that has a more realistic-looking runner on it.)

Relisted, I've seen the loose cart sell for $100 a year or two ago on ebay. Seller should show that its a five screw.
