Fallout 3 sign?

I picked this up a while back, does anyone know anything about this?

Looks like a generic Fallout shelter sign with a sticker on the back.

Did someone just slap a sticker on it? Google search came up with nothing.

Don't know anything about it or what its worth but I would say it genuine bethesda is reknown for doing special swag for press etc and the invite on the back looks like it would be something like that.
