bare knuckle ( streets of rage ) gold label cart

Hi , wondered if anyone can help me,i have bare knuckle i thought it was just a japanese cartridge, but i relieased it fits in to a pal sega mega drive and doesn't have the ripped edges like a japanese game cart would. Also it very heavy, it has japan wriiten on the back , but on top of cartridge label it says bare knuckle in gold, also the cart and box look slighty different in colour to the normal jap game.
does anyone know anything about this game cart.

While the original post definitely doesn't belong in this subforum, all video game consoles are computers, they're just not of the general purpose PC variety.
