Help remembering a NES game title . . .

I don't know what all to say. I swear the box has a guy in a trench coat and sunglasses on it. The game is not Dick Tracy. The first level has some pretty crazy looking paralax scrolling and warping effects in the backgrounds too. Pretty cool platformer, or at least I thought so. Other than that, I am afraid I don't remember much more about the game other than that I have been trying to find it for years now. Anybody?

(I should add that Nightshade isn't that much of a platformer, it's more of an old style adventure game, kinda point & click-y, but it's the first thing that comes to mind when you describe the box art)

Nope, not the game . . . :(

Found it though. Was Vice: Project DOOM. Not sure where I got the sunglasses and Trench coat from on the cover though . . . :D
