Umm.... Little Samson wasn't a Wisdom Tree game. It was Taito. Was it even a religious game?
There are many, many religious games out there. I think you'd have a hard time even finding a partial list of them all. Interesting topic though.
There was an article in my local paper not too long ago about a group of three guys in my community, all under 18, who started their own game company making religion-themed PC games. Their first game sold enough that they're making a second one. Forget the name of their company though. :/
