"Acclaim has announced that NASDAQ has issued the company an official 180-day extension (or until January 20, 2004) to bring its stock back up to $1.00 or face delisting from the NASDAQ SmallCap Market. At the deadline, the NASDAQ will determine if the company has met the requirements or if it has at least given indications that it will meet requirements, in which case, NASDAQ will grant an additional 90-day extension."
