This game is so much fun and hard but not frustrating hard. Does it have some problems? sure... This game is so deep in combat and play you will waste your life away. I had a pawn die on me before I could save him, his last words while lying on the ground and looking up at me and said, I'm sorry I couldn't hold them...with his last breath said I'm sorry I've fail you. I really wanted him back, but there is only one save for that reason. If you like open RPGS get this now. This is no Reckoning of Amalur!-_-

My vote for Sleeper Hit of the Year.

I bought it after enjoying the demo (and playing through each demo scenario 5 times). Essentially it plays like any other sandbox game...only with an RPG leveling system, equipment, and mythological creatures. A lot of fun so far. The combat system is impressive, it reminds me of a mixture of DMC and SOTC. As soon as I beat Diablo III, I plan on putting some serious time into this one. Why did these have to come out 1 week apart?

I was looking forward to play dragon's dogma since I knew that Makoto Ikehara put the basis of the lore ... The demo was actually good, I found details after every play-through that hyped me to very high levels :roll:


Unfortunately the final product has big flaws, the lore is boring and the game demands too much for the small rewards, many games offer much more incredible moments than DD. It's a good game if you are patient enough, but its not what I imagine and too much potential was wasted ... :puppydogeyes:

What I applaud is that capcom still has great potential to create new IPs
