My review of a Official LED blue nintendo "neon" sign

Cool vid. That sign looks really sweet, especially when casting it's "neon" glow over your collection. Maybe I'll try to pick one of those up one day.

I hate that it's an LED sign trying to emulate the look of neon tube. Ick. LEDs can do so many things that other types of light simply cannot and I feel like the maker should have embraced that rather than try to defeat it.

Why are you blaming the manufacturer? If Nintendo wanted real neon signs they could have gone to somebody that actually makes them, and if they didn't want a LED sign that looked like a neon sign they could have changed the specs or gone somewhere else for that too.
