I think you're looking at $40-80 total. It's a gem on the Genesis. Depends on condition though.
There was a lot of two sealed Genesis games recently on eBay that included Comix Zone. It's been relisted but it could give you an idea of what the market thinks it is worth:

Just as a side note, I think Comix Zone was one of the best looking games on the Genesis, and one of my top faves.

How has it been relisted, if someone was a winning bidder? Failure to pay?

Most likely. It was relisted yesterday.
If I collected sealed games, I'd jump on it. It's not a game you see in sealed, nice condition very often.

I'm guessing it still has teh CD then?
Every copy I ever see for sale at flea markets and such are usually cart only, and the few times they've had a box & manual they're missing the CD, which I've been curious about and have never had a chance to listen to since 1995.
Is the audio CD any good (i.e., a game soundtrack), or is it cheesy (i.e. Sonic Adventure)?
EDIT: Just looked it up on YouTube to hear a couple of tracks. Aaah, mid-90s grunge rock! Good times. I'd put it into the "good" category. :)

I have a sealed copy of the game for the PC which also comes with the CD, as it's sealed I also can't listen to it. I've never come across a used copy with the CD either. LOL

I have a complete copy, bought it at a thrift store for $3, was missing the music CD. Baloo, then sold me a copy he had hanging around for $10, which I think is fair, to make it a complete copy. I felt accomplished considering it's one of my favorites on the Genesis.
