This probably won't be "rare," per se, as I'm sure there will be plenty of enterprising military members putting these up on the 'bay. But its an interesting edition from a collectability standpoint. Nothing really different, just some DLC, and what looks to be a sticker on the front.

That's probably with this will end up being (the standard LE with bonus code for extra goodies). I'll still get one. I'm silly like that.

This has the potential to be rare simply because Medal of Honor isn't very popular when compared to COD, Halo or Battlefield. So theres less people that will be purchasing this and less copies that will be available a few years from now. If they put an actual limit on the amount sold(like 1,000 or something like that) then it would really become rare. But you'd still have mainly collectors interested in it because I don't think that even MOH fans would want to buy this if it's price soared above $100 a few years into the future.

Ultimately though it's just a cover variant and not a very significant one at that. The "exclusive" content is all digital and there really hasn't been a lot of aftermarket demand for stuff of this nature, even if it is limited. Heck, there are plenty of Best Buy, Target and Walmart cover variants this generation on all three platforms with the same kind of exclusive digital content and none of those have gone up in value at all.
