Super Dyna'mix Badminton is a really fun competitive 2 players game,

i've spent many afternoons playing with my brother and some friends, good times! :)

P.S: its a Japanese exclusive, but you can order a "North American cartridge" from video games reproduction sites (that's what i recently did)

Phantom Fighter has an acquired taste, but it's brilliant as far as hidden NES gems go. There is an art to the play controls and the mastering of the new techniques that's very rewarding once it clicks. The game play, while not intuitive, is something really special in the world of NES beat 'em ups, which Phantom Fighter isn't really at its heart. Yeah, you punch, kick, and, eventually wield a sword here and there, but this game is more than Bad Dudes with an ancient Chinese theme palette swap and a Kyonshi thrown in here and there. There are items, skills, weapons, and a Game of Death fighting system where each house/temple/cave has a host of phantoms you must defeat one by one in succession. A password system allows you to save your progress so you don't have to pull an over nighter to beat the game.

This game has a special place in my heart and I recommend it highly.

Willow. To this day, it's still one of the only (maybe the only) really good movie video games.

Gun Nac

Gun Nac might well be underrated, but it certainly ain't under priced.

Werewolf. Not sure what anyone feels about this one, but it was a cool little platformer when I was a kid. Loved that game.

Air Fortress without a doubt. It is a very clever game that plays well even today.

Until level 6, then it becomes a pain even with savestates. :P

I really like Natsume's NES games: Shatterhand, SCAT: Special Cybernetic Attack Team, Abadox, Shadow of the Ninja, Power Blade 1 and 2.
